I would love to sing like Judy Garland but not at this price. What a messed up life. (Though she might have been, at her better moments, an amazing person.) How she live 20 years longer than amy Winehouse is incredible.

In my opinion it was a modern version of Catcher's in the Rye. It had the similar elements yet it stood on it's own. Mark Haddon's writing showed wits, humor, and compassion.

What a book. I wasn't sure whether I was reading a mystery, a romance or a time travel novel. The story was rich and descriptive and I was disappointed when it ended. I loved Louise Brunet! Looking forward to more from this author.
