I'm reading the reviews for Hush, Hush, and, to be quite honest, I'm a bit surprised at the negative response. A lot of people are saying that the book is EXACTLY like Twilight, and except for the biology class and the weird, mysterious, hot guy... I don't know, I don't really see that major of a resemblance to actually deem this book as 'unoriginal.' I see some didn't like the personality bestowed on Patch, that it was a little inappropriate when geared toward a younger audience, but seriously, a little bit of bad never hurt anyone. I thought this book was exciting and thought-provoking, especially because it is focused on fallen angels, something a little different than the typical vampire/werewolf subject that has thrown everyone into a supernatural craze. I just read Crescendo as well, and it brings the story even deeper. The reviews on this story are so mixed, I'd say check it out for yourself before totally shunning it. Can't wait for the next one!
hilarious, i don't know how he thinks of these concepts like going to sex addicts meetings to hook up with folks, and working at olde fashioned "towns" and his choking of course. another classic by chuck p.
