Really enjoyed this book despite one of my favorite characters changing and pretty much leaving. Cant explain cos SPOILERS lol. Interesting situation with one of Gods, keeps you guessing at his motives. Also interesting to read about the Elai, I liked Imi as a character.

Great book. Amusing, caring, insightful, made me laugh and made me cry. Takes you thru the life of being a petowner, from picking out the puppy thru old age, yours and theirs!

I love it !!! This book is about a little girl who is describing her day to day adventures in her new school. A school that is different from others and I do wish that this kind of school exists nowadays. Its pure innocence really grabs me.

Having developed quite the dark fantasy cravings, this one certainly fit my desires. But dark it certainly was. The horrific happenings harkened back to my recent read of The Gathering Dark (also by Christopher Golden), and overall, the portrayal of the characters opened my eyes and mind to all sorts of possibilities. I look forward to the next novel in the series, Tears of the Furies.
