This book was more depressing than I anticipated, but it read well nonetheless. I learned a lot about what has happened in Iran in my lifetime and it was told in a way that you didn't need to remember what was on the news at the time it was all going on. The pacing throughout the book was good until it got to the end - the end seemed rather abrupt and I would have liked to have had more detail in the final two chapters of the book. However, I would definitely recommend it.

Great book

This book is great! It's about travel and adventure, international aid work, love and friendship. Each chapter is written by one of the three authors, which makes it interesting.
