More like a 3.5. I'm starting to notice a formula with these. I'm still enjoying reading them, and I need to know how this long, convoluted story is going to resolve itself. The relationships between the Lords and their respective women seem secondary, even though they are more front and center in the books. These will continue to be my guilty pleasure reads, especially if I'm need of something fluffier.
