Wierd. The author writes well but the story itself is disjointed. Kind of like the Time Traveler's Wife in a sense, but not nearly as successful.

Wonderful book. Steven Galloway put faces to the siege of Sarajevo. Watching the characters find themselves amid war was empowering. Great character development, insight into not-so-distant history and personal reflection.
