This is a truly beautiful short story. While the plot in itself isn't all that exciting or elaborately spun, it's the feelings and things said between Leslie, Irial and Niall that count here. The ending in Ink Exchange was rather abrupt and this little short story helps easing a bit of that abruptness. Very beautiful.

This review is based on a advanced reader's copy of the book I won through Goodreads FirstReads Giveaways. I loved this book. The storyline was very interesting and the book had a different twist on vampires which was great too. When I started reading it I found it hard to put the book down. I'll definitely be reading future books from this series. Love it!
