This is an interesting story, and the writing is lush and descriptive (much like my face). Apparently they made a movie out of it. I think I've seen parts of it...Anyway the book is good.
i love it
Molly's memoir is one of my favorites, of this genre. Perhaps I was biased as I had been a long time reader of her blog. At any rate, I found her story relatable, simple and heart warming...
Imagine if Mark Twain decided to write The Princess Bride during a tour of China. You'll laugh out loud and become enchanted . . . this is also a fantastic example of an enormous quest written without a lot of padding . . . it's tight without a lot of dwelling on the time it takes to get from place to place. Easily ranks among the best fantasy epics I've read.
