Sequels are never better than the originals; except this one! This series gets better and better

These books really give no sense of reality regarding relationships. The teens are emotionally inept (even for teens) and can't seem to be happy without boyfriends. As an adult, it's a light read, albeit a bit annoying, but for teens I would never recommend it because it offers unrealistic expectations of families, romance and friendship. In real life, everything doesn't end "happily ever after" at the end of the book.
