The goal of this book alone makes it deserve a higher rating. It makes for dry reading, but I'm a big fan of Skinner's theory of learning, i.e. conditioning, behavioral responses, etc. It's an interesting book at seeing his psychological theories applied to a potential reality. (Actually, there are communities that exist in the real world, just like this one.)

My all time favorite!
