The story is a bit predictable and I'm not a big fan of the writing style (or the title), but it's kinda cute so far. The strongest points, IMHO, are the dialogue between the two main characters, the spirituality, and the insight given into a particular culture.

Great kid's book. I remember being tickeld to death at the fact that the amazing adventures were being experienced by a bunch of rodents. Really though, it was fun to read, a good book possibly for the somewhat more mature kiddies since it deals with animal cruelty and death. Those rats are my heroes.

This book was clean and fun. The plot got a little monotonous after a while and I was just ready for things to wrap up at the end, but still cute.
