I honestly never know what to expect from this series at this point. There was some animosity between Cat and Bones in this book, surprisingly. While it was slightly aggravating and made for a not always pleasant read, it gave me a chance to get to know some of the other characters a little better. It is also very different and refreshing to read that even couples who may be destined for an HEA have ugly bumps along the way! There is a lot going on in these books, which kept my attention. I feel like this storyline came out of nowhere and there was really no foreshadowing in any of the other books, so while it was entertaining, it didn't seem to quite fit with the rest of the series. On to book 5!
