This book literally made me an ALMOST vegetarian (having already been a vegetarian, i quickly learned it doesn't stick for me). But it was excellent. An eye opening look at the government and corporate america have been sleeping together for years and PULLING THE WOOL OVER OUR EYES. open your eyes! wake up! stop buying fast food! seriously, there was so much information about the history of the fast food industry etc etc that i had no idea was true, and the lengths they will go to in order to protect their profits, even at the expense of employees lives... it's been a while since i read it, but it was excellent. EXCELLENT. .. i'm not very articulate.

Haven't read it since I was a kid, but I think this is one of my favorite children's books.
