I feel bad but i just read the Richelle Mead story....
Chockful of story goodness. It contains multitudes. Ever since I read this I've been fascinated about the story of the 300 Spartans at Thermopylae, which is why I'm ambivalent about seeing the movie.
This is a fantastic book, and for me, a pretty quick read! I couldn't put it down, and it flowed easily. The author gives great descriptions about everywhere and anywhere Hemingway and his wife were, so much so, that you felt like you were there. Life was MUCH different then, and she describes it SO beautifully, and full of wonderful details. I have to say that my impressions of Hemingway are much different than before I read this, and I never realized what kind of a man he truly was, but it was a fantastic book and I highly recommend it.
