My favorite of the YA books I've read so far. At first I found the narrator's voice so accurate to a teenage boy, it was grating. But as the character grew on me, so did his voice. A very well done, very sad, and very believable book.

Loved this. So much. I feel that the movie was a pretty damn good portrayal of the book. Incredible book. Moving and beautifully written.

I feel like I'm really striking out on the books I'm reading this year. I think I was generous in giving this book 3 stars instead of 2. The story was good, but somewhat boring at times. Didn't love the writing style. Not a bad book, just not one I'd highly recommend.
