One of my favorites of all time.

I waited all of 2010 and the first part of 2011 for the next installment of the Charlotte and Thomas Pitt mysteries (with a brief sojourn to Constantinople for "The Sheen of Silk") and this one did not disappoint. I couldn't put it down. It was also nice to see that Charlotte was once again incorporated into Pitt's mysteries as she hadn't been while he got established in the Secret Special Branch. Eagerly awaiting the Fall for the next installment of the William and Hester Monk mysteries. We get two Anne Perry mysteries in 2011!
