This book wasn't an amazing read for me, but could see why it would have a certain appeal for teens. I thought that I would love it because of the fact that I like that genre of music and have grown-up with it. Yes, there were some amazing quotes within the book worth highlighting, but I think that the f-word was overused just a tad. It was used at least one time per page. For the pages that didn't have it, the next page had two or three to make up for the lack. I counted five times in one paragraph. I was kind of turned off and I had to force myself to read it after a while.
