This is a great book for the pre-teen set and gives a unique perspective on life in the Florida Keys during the Depression. Fast read, entertaining characters, and a twist at the end. Great book to read with a child.

I was surprised how much I liked this, because I hated "Shopgirl".

I loved this book. Drugs are something I absolutely hate and it's so sad that drugs and boys combined can affect a sisters relationship.
