Why is this guy a best-selling author? It seems to me that the director, producers, and editors of the movie deserve more credited for that tug on your emotional heart strings when you recall the story of Jaimie and Landon. Again, I find it bizarre to find yet another book where the theatrical version outshines it. While the sentiment is refreshing, I think this speaks something of our society when this book is referred to as "well-written."
