Don't ask me why but something about this book struck me and I really liked the characters. Yes, there was too much horizontal mambo going on but the vulnerability of poor Bay really got me in the gut. Ken was a bit (OK, a LOT) over the top and really had a one tracked mind but they were both (the twins) so neglected (poor little rich boys) that they were emotionally and developmentally stunted. The way they leeched onto Simon and Rick was kind of sad and pathetic. If they had had any human, emotional interaction in their lives they wouldn't have, obviously, been so ruined. I wonder what happens to them after the book finishes...
