I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I love less than perfect characters who manage to find their own redemption.

One of the most inspiring books I have ever read. I read it once before, and this was the second reading. It is an essential reading for anyone who is concerned with movement, state, and revolution in the Muslim tradition, and their shaping and reshaping in the future. I have started translating it into Arabic, hopefully it will be published by the end of 2011.
