Still great! This one is way interesting because it mostly deals with the fey, and she ends up seeing into Underhill, which is generally forbidden for non-fey, and she has 2 (or 3?) run-ins with Grey Lords, who are the boogie men of the fey. I'm pretty sure this will eventually surface again sometime later in the series. There is a disturbing part near the end of the book when ***SPOILER*** Mercy gets raped, but I thought Briggs dealt with that very well. Rape is never a fun subject, but it actually helped the story move and develop characters you never thought you might like or have respect for. Great series, highly recommended!!

A 3.5 star that would have been higher if not for all the adult themes. If I suspend my parental alarm at how far this book goes at times, I really liked it. The writing was good, the story compelling. I want to read the sequel.
