I thought that this was going to be a very good book. An original take on a very overused plot and something refreshing to read in an oftentimes ridiculous genre. However, I was very disappointed. The book was good enough that I was able to finish it but it did not really hold my interests. Many times my mind would wonder because it was such a pathetic excuse for a literary work. I expected something at least passing on the good side. This didn't go anywhere. As I said, I did finish it, however I would not recommend it to anyone to read.

A great whodunit that captures the essence of my favorite detective Hercule Poirot. I thoroughly enjoyed the portrait of English village life with all its gossip and a mystery that I could not solve.
