I gave this book another shot and just couldn't read it. I've tried a few times and can't get past a few hundred pages. Its not that I don't like the story and I more or less agree with a lot of points the author makes, but I just can't deal with the writing style. It bugs me after awhile. No one speaks/thinks like a normal person, they all speak like philosophers. Every page is one philosophical soliloquy after another. So I caved and read like a Cliff notes version, which I liked. I guess I'll never fully be a true capitalist, shucks.

Meh. I was hoping it would get better after the first, but it didn't. I didn't read any more in the series.
