Phil Rickman is an author I keep returning to. I love his writing style, his ear for dialogue and his characters. I re-read his books frequently and this will not be an exception. I like the way he introduces something controversial and portrays the different views of the people on all sides of the debate, in addition to constructing a mystery which needs to be solved. As well as being entertaining, these books make me think. I like that.
