the book seems really interesting, but the value of the ideas lies mostly in the titles of the essays. the essays themselves are fairly tedious. still, valuable, especially thinking about body experience (i won't claim bodily phenomenology generally; that's a bit strong for my taste).

i think this book says pretty much everything I have learned about economics in the past couple years. that isn't me saying i know all the stuff in this book, just that it covers all the stuff i care about as well as i know how or have seen. [also, when i logged on, the web page told me that other people have done things on goodreads in the last 418 days - which i guess is the last time i have been here:]
