Intriguing, depressing, hard to put down, well written.

Ladies and gentleman of the jury, I find the book Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins to be excellent at making the reader be at the edge of their seat, to be very exiting and to be funny. However, there were some areas in which the book was not quite as good. For example when they talked about boring stuff and when they talked or discussed marriage. On page 79 nine Katniss and Peeta are at a feast celebrating their marriage, but katniss and peeta are way too stuffed. "why aren't you eating" asks octavia. " I have been, I can't hold another bite."... "drink this." octavia says... It makes you puke?" asks peeta. "of course." explains octavia. I thought this was funny because, in modern day we don't do that if we get full. So this explains how this part was funny. But, lets not forget about keeping suspense. Suddenly the door behind cinna bursts open and three peacekeepers came in beating him with metal studded gloves, opening gashes in his face and body.This part of the book was found on page 262. I thought to my self while reading this part, is cinna okay or not? This part of the book was very good at keeping me in suspense. The other part that was good at keeping suspense was on page 302. On page 302 it says, This is where and when we all die I think. This part made me wonder are they really going to? I think this part was even more suspenseful than on page 262. There are also exciting parts. Page 380 begins with katniss saying to herself, Everything seems erupt at once, the earth explodes into showers of dirt and plant matter. I thought this part was very exiting because of the explosion. So that makes this part of the book exiting, however there were some parts that was not quite that entertaining. I remain at the window long after the woods swallowed up the last glimpse of my home. That quote from katniss was located page 92. I don't really want to read about her house. So it made this part boring for me to read. There were also parts that they kept talking about marriage, for example, on page 74 katniss says, Was giving up everything over to you, keeping up the game promising to marry peeta enough? this part kept talking about her marring peeta. I felt like this part was boring because, I don't want to read about marriage. As you can see from the evidence presented above, this book, Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins, is excellent at keeping suspense,being funny and being exciting with some few exceptions like being boring.
