Beautifully written, lots of insight into life in India

When I first picked up this book I thought it would be too religious, but instead I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was very thought provoking and made me feel good about life.

This sequel was very readable. Not too hard to swallow. But not one of the better sequels in my opinion.

I love Harry Bosch, Detective, but this book did not do him justice. Twists and turns galore. I understand that this was published as a serialized magazine story and it should have stayed there or been published in paperbook. I read the large print book and it was only 300 pages, so I woud imagine the regular book was about 150 pages - magazine size. I feel very let down by this book and will not give up on Michael Connelly - will give him another chance.

That friends come and go. It's natural.
