Şu anda Kitap Hırsızını tekrar okuyorum (LRitter sayesinde yazarın notu önde). İlk turda neyi kaçırdığımı görmek için sabırsızlanıyorum.

Bu kitaba sadece beş yıldız vermek zorundayım. Neredeyse tek seferde okudum, indiremedim. Tüm zamanların favorilerimden biri olan Daphne du Maurier Rebecca'nın yanındaki rafta bir yeri hak ediyor. Bu web sitesi sayesinde son zamanlarda birçok iyi kitap okudum, ancak bir hikayeye bu kadar ilgi duyduğumdan beri bir süre geçti.

This was such a great book filled with love and hate, and so much more! I learned so much about France that I did not know. Tatiana is a great writer, so easy to read and compelling.

Hilarious. I read the Adventure with Scientists on the bus down to the Maryland Sheep and Wool Festival and the Adventure with Ahab on the way back up to Philly. I just picked up the book and read it all the way through, it was (and still is) that good. It's about pirates and Darwin and Captain Ahab and it has footnotes and oh! the hilarity!

This book is VERY different from the play. While I'm glad I read it before I saw the production, I'm also glad someone warned me. It is pretty long, but fun to read and really makes you care for the Wicked Witch of the West.

i read orchid beach last month so wanted to follow up with the next in the series. i actually read this book in 2002 but didn't remember anything about it until i was about 1/3 into it. it was a good read the second time around, too. i look forward to the next book in the "orchid" series.
