Was there ever a book that painted such vivid pictures in words of an era, people, and place gone by? And the imagination of it....the hope and singularity of belief and purpose that Jay Gatsby was driven by...Even though it and he were flawed, it was inspiring. It is my favorite book. My gosh, how sad though!
