Jack Cafferty is by far the most cynical man I have ever read commentary from, and it is good. Besides giving a decent comprehensive review of modern American politics and social commentary, he also gives a brief insight into his past and upbringing, which is nice when considering the source of the commentary. A good book, but at times, the excerpts from "everyday people" becomes tedious at best.

This book is written as an inspiration. It essentially show cases what is possible when someone is motivated and follows his dream aggressively and with persistant. Many of us can identify with his early issues with jobs. In many cases jobs eluded us because we possibly were leaders not yet ready to lead in the business world. Seddiqui finally hits on the idea that one has to innovate and create his own job. Thus allowing himself to be a leader and in control of his own destiny. The reader has to imagine what precedes such an adventure in terms of contacts, rejections, logistics, scheduling and budgeting. The self control and ability to push forward against all odds. Seddiqui, in taking on this quest, has not only shown his determination and tenacity, but also the knack of handing each issue as it arose. The idea of holding 50 jobs in all of USA in itself is truely brilliant. It not just allowed him to experience what different types of work feels like. It also gave him a deep insight into the human interaction and a sense of what USA is all about. He realizes that people are people after all. Hospitality, help and goodwill is something of a pleasant surprise to him. Which re affirms to us the faith in humanity all over again. Most of all it is written as a non fiction in a style and language that is easy to read for majority of us. The intention clearly is to get the message out to those of us who need the affrirmation of the fact that every one has a talent and needs to find his niche in life. It is hard work, but it also is highly rewarding. The book is truely captivating and enjoyable and I highly reccommend it.
