One of my favorite books on creative writing, offering a liberating perspective that transcends it's own feminist label in a way that I think Haake would appreciate. A warning: I first read this book as part of a class, and half of the class hated it. The rest of us, though , loved it, so I recommend the gamble of reading it to any aspiring writers.
