I really liked this one, and it's an incredibly quick read! Really similar to the show, so I basically knew some of what was going to happen. I liked how they left a lot of the maenad stuff out-- didn't really understand how/when/why she killed people at the end but, its irrelevant, most likely. I am beginning to like the Sookie/Eric thing, though I'm Team Bill (okay, basically I'm team Terry cause he's the best!) but either way, I liked the book and can't wait to read the enxt one :)

Read it when you're in one of those moods, the kind where you might even confess to listening to emo and watching too many indie movies. Or if you'd just like to be in touch with what that mood feels like.
