I agree, it was not quite as good as The Goose Girl, but a really fun read, nevertheless. I really enjoy Shannon Hale because I don't have as lot of time to read. (I love to read so much!) So, she is a great author because she sucks you in and you can read her books pretty quickly. I did like the heroine of the story-a cute coming-of-age story for young readers, for sure!
