I liked this one a lot better then the first, I thought the story was better and I felt myself liking the characters more.

Nicholas Sparks is astounding. If you are a sucker for love stories you must read this book. I rated this book a 3/5 just because it wasn't as captivating as i would like it to be. However, it was an quick and easy read. You should pick it up, you might have a different opinion about the way he unravels his story. Personally, I always tend to read the book before I watch the movie and i must state that i enjoyed the movie more than the book.
