I found Nickle and Dimed to be very boring and repetative. It is known that low wage America is struggling. A writer did not need to go undercove and investigate this "growing problem". It can be assumed that a waitress, walmart employee, and cleaning lady may not be rolling in the dough. I found it challenging to turn the page with the endless facts of American Poverty. Obviously there is a problem but the book provides no solution.
