Pig's Egg is an adorable story that can be used for lessons about farm animals, oviparous animals and even family structures. It could also be used to discuss how it may feel if someone gets left out of a group, asking the children to consider how pig may have felt and then how that relates to how it may make other classmates feel when we treat them this way. *repetitive lines in stories (craft)

I absolutely LOVED the first page and really the whole book. In the end, I wanted more, but I also appreciate its economic size. For anyone who has ever worked at a restaurant, it is uncomfortable in its accuracy.
