The last time I checked, the Great Commission applied to all believers, and not just third-world believers. I know that us Christians in the west do tend to have it better and consume more "luxuries", but that does not negate the fact that we too, are called "go and make disciples of all nations." I am all for supporting missionaries abroad and giving finances to organizations that are currently doing missions work overseas, but I have a hard time swallowing the idea that Christians in the west don't make good missionaries and therefore should be used only for their money and nothing else. At its worst, this book seems like a ploy to get westerners to give money to GFA.
